Morning Boot Camp:
We offer a morning boot
camp geared towards the average individual. Each class is conducted by an experienced and educated fitness professional adept
at progressing and regressing each exercise as needed. We can start one at your location, or you can join us at our year round
location.
Lunchtime Group Exercise:
We can start a program for your employees geared around their mid day break. We can offer everything from power yoga (flexible strength) to self-defense to body sculpting. Each class will be geared toward
your employee’s needs and available time.
Personal Fitness Training:
We can meet in your on-site fitness center or our
studio. We will design a program based on your current status and individual needs.
Muscular Assessments:
If your
employees are required to possess a certain physical level for lifting or extreme walking we can ensure that they are up to the job. We will complete a muscular imbalance test that will give insight to the current level of function and guidance for future direction.
Seminars:
